Still enjoying the series。I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this book for many reasons, subject being one of them。 I am an avid reader averaging about 5 novels a week and to be honest many of the books are not terribly impressive being somewhat formulaic。 This author is different when you remember the characters after you have finished the book and wonder what happens to them next you have a good book。

Excellent!Nice to have The Prince back。 I wonder when they will meet the other forces toward the Rim the natives seeded。

A great addition to Empires CorpsI have been waiting and waiting to find out more about the Empire after tye fall。 In this book Christopher Nuttall did not dissappoint。 Some of his earlier work had more linear plot and opinions and thoughts repeated。。but much less here and added mystery。 I really had no idea how it would end。 And some nice character development and great pace。 These books in this series are getting better and better。

Now many ways are there to opine that a book is boring。 I'll let you decide。 Mr Nuttall has turned himself into a writing machine。 Lots of quantity and little character development。 Characters one - me - cares little about。 The machine assembled the plot by using recycled bits of his previous ideas。 Blah。 Now many ways are there to opine that a book is boring。 I'll let you decide。 Mr Nuttall has turned himself into a writing machine。 Lots of quantity and little character development。 Characters one - me - cares little about。 The machine assembled the plot by using recycled bits of his previous ideas。 Blah。 。。。more

Another excellent addition to the Empire's Corps sagaThe author has crafted another well done start of a sub-arc in the Empire's Corps universe, with the Childe Roland taking center stage。 As always, excellent presentation, solid characterizations, and a good story。 I'm looking forward to more in the series, my favorite of all of this prolific author's fantasy and scifi worlds of imagination。 Another excellent addition to the Empire's Corps sagaThe author has crafted another well done start of a sub-arc in the Empire's Corps universe, with the Childe Roland taking center stage。 As always, excellent presentation, solid characterizations, and a good story。 I'm looking forward to more in the series, my favorite of all of this prolific author's fantasy and scifi worlds of imagination。 。。。more
